Did Bail Organa know that Vader was Anakin? Did Owen and Beru know?

I can't remember if it was stated during Obi-Wan. But I assume not, right?
I know Obi-Wan was surprised to hear that Anakin was still alive, but does that mean Vader was not a know entity at that time?
Sidious calls Anakin Vader in the holo recording that Obi-Wan and Yoda are looking at, and I always assumed that they told Bail about this. But now I am unsure.

Nothing's ever been explicitly states, but it's generally accepted that Owen and Beru did not know. As for Bail, I'm pretty sure he did know in the EU, though I'm not sure if that's been carried over to the current canon.

"He has too much of his father in him."

"That's what I'm afraid of."

I know, I know... but it makes for some nice retroactive context. :D

It was. The scandal in Bloodline that led to Leia losing her political position was the leaking of a recording Bail made for Leia telling her her biological father was Darth Vader in case he died before he could tell her.

It did confuse me about what everyone else knew, post-RotJ. It seems to be common knowledge that Luke and Leia are siblings, and anyone over the age of thirty when the Rebellion won with a pair of eyes would know Luke was the son of the Jedi general Anakin Skywalker, and it also seems to be known that Luke turned Vader against the Emperor on the Death Star. Since it was still a shock to the public (and even the family; one of the things that hurt Leia was that it meant Ben would find out about his grandfather on the news), I guess the public story maintained Obi-Wan's fiction that he had a second apprentice who turned out to be Darth Vader, and Anakin was killed by him with the rest of the Jedi. Or, at least, Luke and Leia never said, and allowed people to continue to believe whatever theories they already had for Darth Vader's origin.
