Oh, yeah, the comics do that too. I think it started when they decided they wanted to revisit the dystopian future of "Days of Future Past," so they revealed that, instead of being erased as the original story implied, it had survived as an alternate possible future. Which was done for narrative reasons, but inadvertently came closer to making physical/logical sense.
Mark Gruenwald's rules for time travel in the Marvel comics were published in Marvel Age magazine in 1992 and are recounted here...

That is exactly how Banner explained it, and that is the time travel model that the Marvel comics have also long used. You can't change the past without creating an alternate reality, and a person's arrival in the past is enough to create that alternate reality.
I was responding to a post about 12 Monkeys. Not sure what that has to do with Marvel comics or anyone named Banner...

I still say that I want to see Deadpool and She-Hulk watching the movie from a balcony and providing commentary ala Statler and Waldorf from the Muppets.

Personally I think that would be amazing for when the break in the movie happens, some theaters still do that for a drink/snack/toilet break. Otherwise it would be a brilliant end credit scene. Especially with Wade still with his mask on throwing popcorn in his mouth but failing ofcourse.

Kevin Feige isn't going to be intimidated by the pathetic whining of fragile fanboys.

The movie is already going to be overstuffed with characters and now they are saying Steve Rogers will be back. Not everyone can make the cut and Feige has already sort of said that we might not see some characters again that were in the shows and posts credit scenes. He also seems very big on this idea of keeping the tv stuff and movie stuff separate. That is the thing he most blamed for "Thunderbolts" not being a hit. The movie featured character people most associate with the tv shows.

Now She-Hulk is a pretty popular character so I believe we will see her again. Just not the one from the tv show and likely not in the upcoming Avengers movie. I could see them bringing in a new one when they eventually bring in a new Hulk as well. They seem to want to recast everyone anyways in this new phase.

Kevin Feige has never said anything of the sort.

He said that to Deadline, in terms of Thunderbolts failing at the box office. He also said in a interview with Comicbook. this. "It's about finding what the right moment is. Some maybe we'll never see again. Some maybe we'll see soon." I suppose that means it's a guess as to who will come back and who will be left behind. The Punisher I think is in "Spider-man" or will I guess be one of those, who comes back. Ms. Marvel will be in Avengers and I think Kate Bishop is almost a lock to return.

She-Hulk,Proton,Echo,Moon Knight,Hercules and almost all the Eternals are likely not coming back. Especially all of the newer characters in "Secret Invasion." Granted this is more a prediction than something I know for a fact, but they do seem to make sense if you don't feel like they are popular enough to warrant a return.

Saying 'he said' doesn't count. It's 2025, you are smart enough to post. Means you're smart enough to google the source you are talking about and post the link. Be a big boy now.

Separately, Feige told Deadline that Marvel Studios has mapped out movies all the way to 2032 as part of a seven-year plan. Avengers: Secret Wars is slated to release in late 2027, so that would likely mean that the bulk or maybe even the entirety of phase 7 is already on the board in some fashion, likely including things like the next X-Men movie. With that said, ComicBook asked Feige about if there are any plans to provide payoff for characters and story threads that were introduced in Multiverse Saga post-credits scenes, such as Hercules and Harry Styles’ Eros.

“There are plans for some and there are opportunities for all,” said Feige. “It’s about finding what the right… what the right moment is. Some maybe we’ll never see again. Some maybe we’ll see soon. Some maybe it’ll be like Tim Blake Nelson, you know, 17 years in between. Who knows? What I love about it is it’s as much about the actors as it is about the characters. It’s as much about our enthusiasm, excitement to work with those actors, which is how almost all those came about, but to see where they go. But we will not alter a storyline just to include them simply because they have been seen in the past.”

And yet you made a definitive declarative statement as if its a certainty and tried to pretend that Feige confirmed it as being a certainty, which it very much is not and which he very much did not.

Also, Feige was pretty clearly being both coy and noncommittal via a vis the resolution of hanging threads from some of the post-Endgame Stingers, which is not at all suppirtive of your mischaracterization of his comments as definitively stating that we will never see certain characters again.

I do hope She-Hulk & Monica Rambeau are in Doomsday

I liked She-Hulk (which apparently puts me in a minority), but her entire arc was about trying to get the world to accept she could remain a superpowered lawyer - and didn't have to be a superhero. Having her as anything more than a cameo in Doomsday ruins that.

I dunno -- helping defeat an existential threat now and then doesn't negate being a non-superhero the rest of the time. And maybe there's a way that a lawyer could play a significant supporting role in the story, something a bit bigger than Matt Murdock's cameo in No Way Home. We don't what the story's about, so who can say?
