The Down Under Lounge

Too early to tell. I think so - considering it looks they have won a number of seats from the Liberals and the Greens also.

Just need to decide if I'll buy the newspaper tomorrow. Most likely. Just to see Peta Credlin having a sook about it.

The sky news sets will all draped in black.

did the coalition lead in the polls at any point?

Want to know if the sontaran in the human skin suit did a full poilievre (had a big lead then lost it and his seat) or just a partial.

Either way good riddance.

This has been a massive win. ABC was saying bigger than anything that Hawke did. With 15 seats still in doubt - Labor could end up with over 90 seats.

What is surprising from me - is how the Greens haven't won anything at the moment. I know there are some seats that are in doubt.

I don't know what the hell happened to the Greens that's disappointing

No, the Greens liked the sound of their own voices and feeling 'important'.

I'm very pleased, as a mad rusted on leftie.

And I think there are no Lib seats in Tasmania.

Dutton only had a narrow margin in his own seat. The Labor candidate was good, or at least consistent. She was overdue for a win.

Love that Trump Lite is no longer in parliament. Not that he ever should have been in the first place - open and unapologetic racists don't belong in existence, let alone politics.

Disappointed that Bridget Archer lost her seat. As the only Liberal with any functioning brain cells whatsoever, she'd have been someone to build a proper, functioning opposition around. The names being put forward as the next opposition leader are appalling.

Here's hoping Albo and co take this as a sign to get on with it and start taking us forward. It would be good if Albo got over his issues with Plibersek and brought her back into the fold, too.
