There was a live stream, but apparently they got to see the episode in the room so watching a live stream without watching the episode first seems counter productive.

The clip itself is new, but parts of it have already been featured in the trailers for the season.I‘m confused. Have I been dreaming this or was this clip already out a couple of weeks ago or so? I feel like there isn‘t anything in it I hadn‘t already seen.
Oh yeah, you’re right. I just checked and most of the major beats from the scene were already in the first teaser trailer. Kind of an odd choice for an “exclusive clip” then. Still, looking forward to the episode and where they are going with it.
I think the thought was this is from the teaser of the season premiere coming up this week. That's usually what they've done with the other shows since Disco each episode where the "exclusive sneak peek" scene is from the teaser.
FYI, look up the show After Midnight. It's a comedy quiz show. Last week, Tawny, Eugene, and Jerry were on and they were hilarious!

Today at New York Comic-Con was the first time that all four core cast members of Lower Decks have made a public appearance all together and at the same time. Hell, apparently Jack Quaid only met Eugene Cordero in person for the first time two months ago at Tawny Newsome's birthday party.

You can totally see them in a live action spin-off with this.
No for some reason episode titles have not yet been released. Which seems odd, every other season of all the modern Trek shows had their episode titles released well in advance. Disco S5, for example had all their episode titles released at least three months before the season premiered.
We might find out the premiere's title today, the Monday before an episode airs is typically when we get plot info and preview images.

The alt crew have darker uniforms. Honestly the colours remind me how they coloured them uniforms in live action

Probably for the best.
It's pretty much all praise for a series he really enjoys, with a little extra praise for Prodigy thrown in.
We're getting two episodes this week. Here's Trekmovie's preview for Episode 2 Shades of Green.
