Crossover.
The poor picture quality leads to some funny mistaken assumptions. One is no big deal, Garrett thinks the Intendant's "headband" is some kind of soft material.
But the other made me laugh, Armin mistaking the shitty de-interlacing on the streaming version for an effect that Livingston did deliberately.
Edit: Two more Armin-isms.
He mentions "there are no Bajorans" as though this is significant...but fails to notice multiple Bajorans being in the episode. (He does account for maybe missing background players, but at least one of them is front and center.)
He also brings up a "goof" that Quark calls Kira "Major". Whereas I'd say there's no problem assuming Quark already knows this info as we know from dialogue that he's already been told about her. (Not to mention that Kira is wearing a rank insignia that may very well be consistent across the two universes.)
Edit edit: Nana thankfully is not shy about explaining why Armin's complaints about character motivations aren't always the only way of looking at a situation. She makes me wish she guested more often.
Edit edit edit. Has RDM really never come across the word intendant in his whole life? I'm very surprised sometimes by these people.
