It’s not like the previous two or indeed most comic strip films in general are exactly Chinatown. What would YOU call most of the plot?

I'm highly doubtful Thor 5 happens at this point.
Hemsworth has expressed doubts about both his acting career in general (wanting to spend more time with his family) and the direction of Thor's character specifically. I don't think he's necessarily a hard out, but it's by no means guaranteed he'll be willing to do another one.
And even if he is, is Marvel actually still willing? They struggled to make audiences care much about Thor until Waititi came along and then even he was already losing people on only his second outing. And they have a pipeline problem with too many movies and not enough release dates thanks to the slowdown.
I think it's way more likely they try to send Hemsworth out on a high note in Doomsday/Secret Wars and just retire the character from there.
I know I'm in the minority, but I would love to see another Thor film focused on his relationship with Love.
I welcome more Shang-Chi.Simu Liu says a second Shang-Chi film is still in the works but can't say anymore:
A lot of it is above my pay grade but it’s definitely happening. So, just very excited to kind of work on it and it’s going to be amazing. I really can’t say anything beyond that.
I agree completely. Yes, I would've loved to see more of the darkness of Gorr and the aesthetics around him that came from the Shadow Realm (that whole sequence was amazing), I think the film struck the right balance between humor and drama. Some of the humor was indeed over the top or didn't land right, but it overall worked very well for me.To quote Juan Sánchez-Villalobos Ramírez: We are the same! We are brothers!!
The humor in Love And Thunder was a bit OTT, for sure. But I loved that movie. Bring it back down to Ragnarok levels, and Waititi. Don't care what humorless people say. And I'm in.
Shang-Chi and Katy forever!I welcome more Shang-Chi.
Didn't he say he was going to be cutting back on how much work he's going to do after he found out he has an Alzheimer's gene while he was filming Limitless for Nat Geo?I'm highly doubtful Thor 5 happens at this point.

Me too, I really enjoyed Love & Thunder and would like to see a follow up that picked up on Thor and Love and the Hercules tease in the post credits scene.I know I'm in the minority, but I would love to see another Thor film focused on his relationship with Love.
That might still work, but it is going to be a very different dynamic now that we have a smart Hulk.

I think they will replace smart Hulk with old Hulk eventually. People I think are wanting to see a return to classic form for the character.
Mark's 56 and grey-haired. That not old enough for folks?I think they will replace smart Hulk with old Hulk eventually. People I think are wanting to see a return to classic form for the character.
