'Deadpool & Wolverine' soundtrack has 'Greatest Showman' gag
Even the 'Deadpool & Wolverine' music has gags: The Marvel movie's official soundtrack includes a song from 'The Greatest Showman.'
The official soundtrack track listing is out. Normally, I wouldn't consider that particularly worth posting but apparently the list includes one of the songs from The Greatest Showman, so it'll be interesting to see what exactly they do with that.

I guess I don't feel so bad about watching the trailer now, but it's still a touch annoying.
Indeed and hopefully the media blitz suggests her appearance is more than just a cameo. Jackman, Reynolds, and Levy have been stressing hard for several months now how this film is equally important for both characters and having Laura present for more than just a cameo would bolster that claim.
...which is what I fear will actually happen. I have my fingers crossed for the former.
I don't get it, why are folks fine with Laura being the MCU Wolverine but got mad when Sam became the new Cap or thought Jane would be Thor's successor?
Because The MCU doesn't have a Wolverine, so no one is being replaced. And we all know Jackman is aging out of the role, so he has to be recast. And we also all know that a 1:1 replacement is impossible because he is so beloved. It's the George Lazenby Bond problem. So just use X-23 instead, problem solved. It's made easier because her last appearance was already well received, and people have had years to get used to then idea of X-23 being a thing in the movies. Just having the idea around for years is critical for fan acceptance. (It's why Voyager and Enterprise are considered way better now than when they aired).
