there is a memory recall scene where Harm recalls a lot of old scene, among them, is a scene that he kiss Mac (Catherine Bell), but when did that ever happen? it would be from 1 of the prev. season, but I dont' remember that really happens

It's been a really long time since I've watched JAG but in the first season of the show, Catherine Bell played a different character (on one episode) who was murdered. She had dated Harm. Could the scene have been from that episode?

So, there is a thread were a romantic interest of Harm's (played by Catherine Bell) was murdered. Later on in the series, Harm is able to solve the case, and confronts the murderer. Mac shows up, but due to rain had to change uniforms and borrowed one of Harriet's. Because she looks so much like the murdered officer, the culprit panics at the sight and trips in to the water, dying in the process. Harm is taken by the sight of his former love and kisses Mac, and then stops. Mac says, "I know. You were kissing her."
