But having everyone naked all the time would? Lol.Doesn't make it better.

The female android in "What little girls are made of."
Probably because the outfits for women are markedly different to men. It still speaks do an underlying sexism.
Clearly brainwashed by the Federation patriarchy. My 25-year-old daughter loves the TOS outfits. She wants to cosplay as T'Pring or a Kelvan on the cruise.
My wife thought T'Pring's outfits in SNW were some of the most beautiful she's ever seen.
Yes because it's equal. Not sure what the lol is about. But having everyone naked all the time would? Lol.
I'm sure many would consider that a watershed moment. I think it's absurd to define it that way. That outfit made me the straight man I am today!![]()
It's my opinion. Not prescriptive.Well, all I really have to go by are what my female family members say.

I don't want to call them sexist or whatnot if they're appealing to the people meant to wear them as well as those viewing them.

Given I am depressed that seems fitting.I was merely having a bit of fun. So much of the way people discuss this stuff is downright depressing.

But, then I analyze things to death. Occupational hazard.
Oh, you can ask my wife right now as well. I'll I've got left in the tank is apathy towards many things. I am, to quote my family, "a wet blanket," and expected to just "suck it up and deal with it." Well, I deal with it by just going through the motions. Things that are supposedly "funny" don't land. Working on some painting to try and just focus on something and be successful.Depression is like carrying a fifty pound sack of flour on my brain. I have to force myself to not take things so seriously, then don't always do a good job of it, just ask my wife.![]()

I just sat in the dark last night and didn't talk to anyone to give them a break. One, it does sound like you're successful. Two, sometimes we do have to "suck it up" to some degree, if not for ourselves, just to give the people who are important to us a break.

Nah, they knew I needed space and gave it. It's fine. That isn't giving them a break. They were likely, to some degree, worried about you. But, every situation is different and only you can decide what is right for you.

I think my biggest frustration is the way men react, less the ladies reaction. If they're comfortable then fine. I don't believe it in Hollywood, due to all the coercion that goes on there, but in public fine. But, the way guys will do the whole head whip and stare just grates at me.Oh, I know. We all have our lines.
I think my viewpoint has been skewed a bit by living most of my life in Miami. The way women dress here...hoo boy, makes TOS look downright conservative.
And God bless them, too.![]()
"What a piece of work is man." Both with irony and conviction.Well, I meant was better than the constant "humanity sucks and should die out because they suck so bad" that I see.
