I feel very privleged to have watch S3 of Picard and if that was the end of Trek, I'd be proper happy. I greatly enjoyed SNW S2 too. If Matalas was in charge of a "LEGACY" show and the SNW guy in charge of his, I'd be very happy. As it stands, I've just cancelled P+ untiI get SNW S3 or Legacy. I don;t know a single Trek fan who wants Discovery or SFA ahead of Legacy.

It's been nearly a year since we got the 1701-D back and honestly I'm still very happy and excited about it. The bridge and exterior special effects were great. We got the D and Data at the same time. Not much more we can ask for. Nice to see Zimmerman on the bridge.
Last I checked, there's still a whole new season that hasn't aired yet. So yeah, it is coming back.

I’m another. I’d take a sixth season of DSC over whatever Star Trek: Legacy is supposed to be in a heartbeat.

If Discovery was greenlit a sixth season, the fans would have accepted it.
And the SFA idea has been around for a while, for decades. But instead of focusing on Kirk and Spock, it will be new characters.
The momentum is with Legacy, but it still has its skeptics, as it’s pitched as a followup of the Berman-verse instead of exploring strange new worlds.
Is it?
At this point it's nothing more than a hashtag and wishful thinking.
