I think there'll be a lot of high and low ratings, and not much in between[/QUOTEAN
Silly is right
Not if they play the same music as this episodeMe, too. Vulcans would also be funny.
Anomaly makes the crew do weird things. They science it and solve the problem. Makes perfect sense to me.Its the single episode of any of the series which makes no sense whatsoever.
They did it badlyMusicals aren't really my thing....as I don't do music. But I'm still looking forward to seeing how they'd do this.
Indeed. How many times in the Star Trek franchise have we had an anomaly have some kind of effect on the crew? This was just one more, and I felt their justification was more than enough for what they planned to do. Hell, they could have been like "there's no known cause," and I'd have been like "cool, let's get on with the singing!"Anomaly makes the crew do weird things. They science it and solve the problem. Its HorribleOy. The Cats movie...those are memories I'm trying to repress.![]()
I am a bit sad I never got the chance to see it on Broadway tho.
I'm actually surprised SNW did a musical before Lower Decks did!
It's not at all out of character, it just hasn't been done before. That's the difference, and I'm glad they're trying to put "Strange" in Strange New Worlds. If this wasn't Star Trek .. I wouldn't have such a problem. But throwing this in is totally out character for Star Trek, and its not what I expected or expect . Its basically the director and producer doing what they want to. Its like remaking The Godfather as a musical.
They did it badly
I'm sensing a pattern.Its Horrible
Very LowCannot wait. It will be magnificent.
So.. A little high, a little low?
Any way the wind blows doesn't matter to me.
You might want to workshop this. It's not ready for Broadway. This really reminded me of some music of Hamilton. Turns out they approached Lin Manuel Miranda but he didn't return their calls.
