It kinda reminds me of the long-range Copernicus shuttlecraft from TAS. (Presumably it has the same forward section so they can utilize their existing shuttlecraft cockpit set.)New ship from the newest SNW Trailer. It definitely has the forward end of a Shuttlecraft, but way beefed up in the aft. Until I'm told different, I'm calling this a TOS era Runabout.

Neck seems curved a little, which I think is newThe Enterprise from the S2 Poster. Look how bright she is.

There's usually a flat spot on the lower neck, where the refit put its torp launcher, that seems to be missing.Neck seems curved a little, which I think is new
I like the brighter lighting, but the aztecking looks really overdone here. Very muddy. Can nobody do subtle anymore? The Enterprise from the S2 Poster. Look how bright she is.

Why? Star Trek likes it's over the top! It's called actingCan nobody do subtle anymore?
It 100% is modified. The lower sensor/weapons cluster on the saucer is much more pointed like it was in TOS, the neck is more curved, closer to the TOS style Enterprise.
Then again it may be an optical illusion from these angles.
Looks the same to me.The lower sensor/weapons cluster on the saucer is much more pointed like it was in TOS
YeahIt's just for the poster as the darker patch AND the flat spot on the neck still appears to be there on the actual show.
I'm thinkin' that it's just another occasion of artistic liberty. It 100% is modified. The lower sensor/weapons cluster on the saucer is much more pointed like it was in TOS, the neck is more curved, closer to the TOS style Enterprise.

I'd love a sneak peak at a live-action USS Cerritos!I wonder if they would ever further the Lower Decks crossover by showing a live-action Cerritos in an epilogue scene of Mariner and Boimler analysing the season or episode's events post hoc.
No idea, why?Is the VFX team the same for S1 and S2?
