I give it an "F" on the interesting scale.
Could have saved the headaches by. Naming the titan.. Anything.. Start your own legacy with a new name.. Not ride any coat tails...
More interesting and elegant shapeCant understand why people think that version is an improvement
With third nacelle and the other AGT upgradesIt is very silly and convoluted, though. I think I might've actually preferred it if they did put the -D back on active duty, optionally rechristened as the -G.
Data has the CONN/OPSDid anyone mention that nothing was said in the show about the fact that a handful of people could not only pilot a Galaxy class starship, but go into battle with it? At least in ST3 Scotty explicitly says he jury-rigged the controls and they can barely do anything with the 1701-A.
Sometimes you need a reset of size before you get back up in size.Oooo... that's going to piss off those people who like their Enterprise size charts showing a bigger ship every generation.

Does anybody have any guestimates as to the scale of this specialized Borg Cube with extra large pointy antenna's?
That's beyond the standard Borg Cube dimensions of 3 km, it's large enough that the Enterprise-D can fly around inside like a light sport plane.
I rewatched the finale today and I laughed at the reveal of the Titan becoming the new Enterprise. It’s so silly. And not a good silly. It’s so fanwanky it’s cringeworthy.
Have the E retire after 30, show the F for Frontier Day, your new named ship goes does its own thing..
It wasn't important to them. It's so obvious, and I don't know what kind of brain-rot was infecting the writers to make them not do it that way.
Yes, and that's the problem. It wasn't important to them.
Ok. That doesn't make it brain rot.Yes, and that's the problem.
The Enterprise-F is an aspect of and born from the STO game.Exactly. The whole Frontier Day shindig should have been introducing the Enterprise-F for its maiden voyage, not retiring it after 15 years of service that we didn't even get to see. Maybe as the new flagship, the Ent-F would also be pioneering the Borg-exploited fleet automation software too.
It's so obvious, and I don't know what kind of brain-rot was infecting the writers to make them not do it that way.
Well at the risk of sounding ungrateful for moldy breadcrumbs... that's not good enough.Technically it's a gift that it was even considered and appeared at all in the show.
Heh ... Sorry, it's all you're gonna get.Well at the risk of sounding ungrateful for moldy breadcrumbs... that's not good enough.
Indeed. Trying to control things outside of our control just leads to frustration, disappointment and anger. You might want to consider that being grateful for the little things that life has to offer and which you have no control over, will save you a lot of future disappointments.
