Well I wonder how Deanna ends up there? Unless it’s Vadic (or another changeling) impersonating her?

Because in the trailer shown a little while back Deanna seems mighty pissed at Riker for leaving, however that doesn’t seem to gel with the chat that they had together in No Win Scenario.

I really wish they would include the new episode promo at the end of the episode you're watching so I don't have to go check twitter. I miss that in Trek, getting the new episode promo.

Believe it or not, that was one of the things that made me a fan. The episode wasn't over until the trailer for next week's episode aired.

I don't see it as a commercial though. I see it as boosting excitement for what you just watched and what it to come. It adds fuel to speculation.

Yeah, it looks terrible IMO. I think it is from the post-Nemesis novels that imagined a new Federation station replacing DS9 when Bajor joined the Federation.

The station was replaced because it was blown up.

To me it looked like she was on the Shrike either physically, or doing that odd thing she did in Nemesis but on the next level. She might be spying on the Shrike and Vadic using remote seeing. Or she could be prisoner and Vadic tortures her.

"That thing in Nemesis" was telepathically joining with the Reman Viceroy and was only possible because Remans are themselves telepathic, and the Viceroy had previously connected telepathically to Deanna. Unless Vadic or someone on her ship is telepathic and has already established a connection with Deanna, there's no possible way for her to "project herself" onto the ship.

The second clip, but still no episode trailer that I can find. Unusually secretive for an episode 6.
