Spoilers Season 3 Trailer

Work looked old, if not older, in All Good Things? Did we complain about him there too?
I think that this Worf looks older, older than he should look yet his makeup in this trailer is kinda sub par compared to All Good Things which was filmed decades ago. But obviously they didn’t hire Michael Westmoor. At least they didn’t make Worf a Discovery Klingon which looks like a troll.

I did notice, in the trailer Worf is wearing red, but in the poster he's wearing gold. Same with Geordi. Probably a colour correction thing.

Looks fine to me

And what were they supposed to do? Fans would complain anyway.

If they didn't have Worf, they would complain because he's a part of the crew and he should be there.
If they recast him with a younger actor, they would complain because it's not Mike Dorn.
If they digitally de-aged him, they would complain (rightly so) because it looks fake. And it costs a fortune to actually do professionally anyway (and no, "I deepfaked this test footage on my home PC" youtube videos aren't of professional quality), so it's not an option if they want to have Worf as a main character for the whole season, or even as a special guest for a single episode. CBS is not Disney, and Worf is not Luke Skywalker; it wouldn't even be worth the money as a stunt to generate media buzz.
They could have gave him thicker hair and less gray like when we saw future worf in the Berman era. That older worf looked better.

If Seven IS a Commander, it begs the question "Who is she serving under?"

Or is this a Sisko-style situation where the billet is too small to justify a fourth pip?

Captain Worf
Commodore LaForge
Starfleet Captain Seven of Nine

And of course, another new Starfleet uniform design:lol:

Also, Worf's forehead looks a little... ummm....
clitty?

Not a captain according to the showrunner.

I only see 3 pips.
He can be a Captain with out being a captain.
Seven's uniform looks very Lower Decks.

Work is Klingon and is supposed to age slower than humans yet he looks older than everyone except maybe Picard. WTHeck. Other than that I'm glad they got a new show runner. Still I'm not getting my hopes up.
I believe the show runner is the same person as in the first half of Season Two.
With those exaggerated eyebrows and the hard trim on the beard, he looks a little like Ming the Merciless.
The ridges look like the ridges from the "Into Darkness" Klingons.
Ming was the "original" Klingon. ;)
Thoses Klingon looked TNGish. And maybe a bit of Col Worf from TUC.
And yet Kang, Kor and Koloth appeared hale and hearty in DS9. Klingons have longer lifespans than humans, ergo get to puberty fast due to violent nature, then age slower, I guess?
Also the video is geolocked, I can't see it, so thanks to those posting info! :)
They looked grey and grizzled in DS9. All very old men. Worf seems younger than them, even with the white hair.

Why is it a big deal? You serve as the organization needs you.

So, Worf has four pips but is not a captain. I wonder if maybe it is a situation where Starfleet forgave him his transgression and promoted him, but his personal sense of honor didn't allow him to refer to himself by the rank or abide others doing so. Therefore, although he does technically hold the rank of captain, he is simply Mr. Worf. Alternatively, maybe he's Colonel Worf? There is a precedent in Col. West from TUC for a colonel in Starfleet, and it was never explained how or why he was a colonel.

Another comment from Terry on Twitter:

“He may hold the rank of Captain in Starfleet but… well, you’ll see.”
