One of the developers of the game was complaining about it, and deleted his tweet after Terry replied to it lmao

Trek usually ages characters awkwardly. Worf with white hair means "older Worf" to show the passage of time. If he were just NEM Worf with grey temples it wouldn't be as stark a change for a character we haven't seen in 20 years.
