Well I have been investigating…

Here is evidence that I did indeed cherish my pet Del Taco shuttle, it followed me everywhere:

Not only that, but I even had spare Del Taco shuttle’s too which I happily gave away! So as part of my line of inquiry I would like to know whether the winner of my Del Taco competition still has their shuttle and account or has it also been stolen or interfered with in anyway too? If they still have their shuttle, have they been looking after it and treating it well after all of these years? I would love to see a screen shot of it against a beautiful vista with your current starship of choice! Was there any attempt to hack/alter your account too or was it just mine?

I might just log in to my account again and perform an in game investigation…. Unfortunately Steam only shows 30 hours of gameplay, the rest of my gameplay was from before the game was on Steam but my toon T’Jon should still be maxed out….. hopefully!!!

I shall relaunch the game and raise another service request to get my account changed back to Timofnine and hopefully recover my shuttle and start enjoying the game again!

But only if I have Timofnine back.

If your account was accessed and changed by a unauthorised hacker then you might be lucky, you just need to tell them when you think it was stolen from you and when the thief changed things, so they can at least get close to the time when it was logged in and changed by the hacker, so they can see for themselves proof of different ip address and log in locations, so that might go some way to them restoring your account, BUT if you have none of those then i doubt they will sift though 12 years of log in details.......But you never know, you don't get if you don't ask.

Oh and the Summer event start tomorrow with another free ship which is the Space creature from TNG Far point, yes!, the big space jelly fish.....looks great in its flying saucer form.

Logged in for first time in ages (am still in gamma quadrant arc) having been playing for coming up eleven years.
Still completely lost sometimes, but it’s a great solo,player trek game with built in chat xD

^^Shame you did not try it a few days ago as you just missed the summer event free ship, it ends on the 30th so you would be about 4 days off from getting it.

I haven’t managed one of those in *years* (think the last was the first Risian corvette… think I managed a buyout on a later one. I just can’t guarantee to be on every day, and frankly the rings task is boring. Winter is worse.)

I don't know what the ring task one is, i just do the artifact hunt one, a few mins as it can only be in a few places on the map and that's it done for the day, and i don't bother with anything else on these events, it's just the account wide ship i go for. :-)

I always fail the Artifact. So I fly through hoops.

Yeah that one they are always in the same spot, takes a few mins with the jet pack and a xbox 360 controller to nab them with ease. :-)

Well just got the free shop, and it is actually quite good, and visually a nice ship to fly about in.....i think i will make a Alien toon and fit this out as a UFO. Ha

This free ship is vastly overpowered so expect a nerf at some point, you can just activate the special buff, and then sit and tank multiple ships over quite a large area in each attack with no real issues, basically anything that come within range is gone, i sat at the gate at on in Kit Vortex on advanced and took out the incoming ships in one attack before they even finished the warp in animation. lol

Yes, it has a special were it flips upside down just like in Encouter at far point, then it creates a sphere that i think goes about 5 km around the ship, then it basiclly sits like a massive turret attacking everything that comes into the sphere, at the same time, it's fun and way overpowered. lol

It is a very nice ship, makes a nice UFO type ship also with a nice impulse trail effect behind it.

I've started to see a few of those floating around out there. I have one slot left to finish and should have mine in drydock by tonight. I love my Vengeance Dreadnaught battlewagon - it has served me well over the years - but I think I'm ready for something new.

Wow, you were not kidding. I used it against a Voth dreadnaught single-handed in the “Storming the Spire” TFO and it crumbled in under 10 seconds. Never seen an enemy boss ship fall that quickly.

I think you’re right, though. They’re probably going to nerf the thing. Fun while it lasts, though.

Yeah, i suspect there was supposed to be a time limit on the special which seems to be not working, as in counterpoint on advanced i sat over DS9 alone and kept is at 100%, or on the latest red alerts, i used this ship with my lowest toon with no rep done and headed straight for the advanced tac cube, and took it out with no real issues. lol......so yeah someone has put a . in the wrong place with this ship. lol

Bit annoyed they seem to be removing all the ways to earn large sums of unrefined dilithium. Used to get 32,000 when you reached 100,000 reputation points but now I only seem to be getting fleet dilithium. After them taking out the ability to earn 10,000 every time you completed the 10 Ferenghi admiralty missions.

There are a bunch of Dilithium Ore DOFF missions that I use to build the coffers. Admiralty missions also have them as well. I think I have over 4 billion stored up right now.

What I'm irked with is that advancements of the fleet dilithium mine at Vlugta don't boost the daily extra refinement from 500 to 1000 as one might have hoped (there was one advancement result that spoke of an upgrade to the daily dilithium mission). This was particularly vexing, considering the amount of resources the fleet I belong to poured into the damn thing, including a metric ass-ton of refined dilithium. We maxed everything out and the refinement number never increased. <grumble>
