Finally got to see this. Between my hectic work schedule and the fact cinemas were entirely shut down for about two months (originally was planning to catch this during Christmas break), I wasn’t sure I’d be able to see it at the cinema at all.

The long delay meant I could not avoid all spoilers
(Murdock and Garfield, though Maguire remained unspoiled)
, but it was quite enjoyable. I gave it an A.

Agreed. However, since this movie will certainly end up on D+ one day, its still more than a 0 chance.
I'm not sure it will be, none of the other Spider-Man movies are on there. Sony made a deal with one of the non-studio streaming services, I think either Amazon Prime or Netflix, so I'm expecting all of the Spidey movies to end up there.

They're coming. It's part of the latest Sony deal.

I thought the current deal eventually sends the Spidey-flicks to Netflix and then D+ gets them 18-24 months after that?

Sony Films Will Move to Disney After Netflix Window Expires – The Hollywood Reporter
They go to Netflix for 18 months, then to Disney, including Disney+, Hulu, ABC, Disney Channels, Freeform, FX, etc. From Sony's library, they get the Spider-Man films including Into the Spiderverse, the Hotel Transylvania franchise, and the Jumanji franchise.
I knew about the Netflix deal, but I missed the Disney+ news. That's great, I've been wanting to watch the first two Holland Spidey movies again, but they haven't been free anywhere, and I never got around to renting them before I quit my last job, and stopped renting streaming movies.

"That's not how time travel works!"

I love everything about No Way Home but that was still a lot of fun.

That was hilarious. While I really enjoyed the movie, they still do bring up some good points.

It wasn't the most tightly plotted movie, no. :)

It's the same issue the Star Trek movies or "The Five Doctors" had -- if you're going to do a film like this, you have to get the original actors, and that gives them a lot of leverage over the script. So you do what the actors will agree to, not necessarily what would make a better story.

I pre-ordered the movie a couple of hours ago in anticipation it dropping at midnight. I just came into this thread just say so, but before I could, I got an email from Amazon telling me that the movie was now in my video library, so I wrote this message instead. Damn it, I just took my prescription sleeping pill.

I just rewatched the movie again and I like how they Conveniently covered the year on May’s tombstone. They don’t want to make that mistake again. :)
Should be late 2024 by my calculation
