Most certainly! It was in the episode "Gamesters of Triskelion".

And in a Greg Proops stand up session in England.

Something along the lines of "twelve quatloos on the bespectacled one".

He seems to be something of a Trekkie, in another line he compared a horde of women, ovulating over Sean Connery, to the "Horta episode of Star Trek".
