But the GOOD thing was…

Saw COME FROM AWAY today (on Broadway), but Jenn Colella wasn’t in the cast. :sigh:

But the good thing was….it’s COME FROM AWAY. This was my fifth time seeing it. And I’d see it a dozen more times if I could.

I was standing in a long line at the pharmacy this evening and there was a man on crutches in line in front of me. The line was barely moving, then a man from near the front of the line came back to the man on crutches and said he wanted to exchange places with him, so they did. You don't see such kindness very often these days.

I had some fast food today with some truly atrocious waffle fries. They didn't taste bad but they were so dry they made my tongue dry up.
I had to go to the store afterward and I remembered the last time I went there I saw a rabbit living under a hedge at the edge of the parking lot. I saved the waffle fries
and tossed them under the bushes. Less than a minute later Bugs came out and started munching on fries. I tried to take a picture but it didn't work out.
He liked the fries but was probably wondering where his drink was. ;)

That is truly adorable and made me smile.

I was driving my invisible car today and a fire truck pulled out in front of me, no lights or sirens or anything. Then, a big truck switched lanes into mine - no signal or anything. Luckily my brakes work and no one hit my RED car.
EEEK! Sounds like driving in Phoenix! I'm glad you're okay.

If your car is invisible...how is it red?

I had to work the second day in a row doing a 12 hour shift in the chilly outdoors, bored and with no one to talk to but myself (and even I ignore me).

But the good part is it's almost over and I have tomorrow off where I can spend some quality time with the cats. And the wife. But mostly the cats.
