What's the difference between a moderator and super moderator?
Moderators mod individual forums. "Super" moderators can in theory (rarely in practice) mod almost any forum. The only time I'd get involved in someone else's forum would be to deal with spam, illegal content or similar things when the actual forum staff aren't online.

I don't get it there's train cars in NYC that have been running for decades without cracking or falling apart, yes I know bad comparison but these things are not even old yet they have cracks..... What are they made of, cardboard?
They used to make train and tram cars in Victoria and NSW so yeah jobs sure Scotty only mining jobs. What happened to those factories?
