Rumour has it that he won’t answer questions because he was buying drugs. Not sure how true that is.
All we know is that he spent more than half an hour in a supermarket at Bridgewater.
if he does not cooperate police should just release is photo asking if anyone saw him. It won’t take long for people to learn who he is even if his name and photo aren’t released.

I assume he is a Tasmanian who wanted to return home but wasn’t allowed to because he was in high risk area. He was denied a pass twice. He bordered the last plane of the night so police had to put into quarantine rather than put him on plane and return him to Sydney.
They took him to a quarantine hotel and he needed drugs while in quarantine.
It seems that he has refused to wear a mask and spat at the police.
