I’d like to see Man-Thing

Animated series like PRIMAL and movies like “The Limits of Control” are good examples of how non-speaking leads can give dramatic weight that more talky fare can lack.

Letitia Wright suffered minor injuries on set while filming Wakanda Forever.

“Letitia Wright sustained minor injuries today while filming a stunt for Black Panther: Wakanda Forever. She is currently receiving care in a local hospital and is expected to be released soon.” The incident is said to have occurred during an overnight shoot in Boston. Sources also told Deadline that it’s a minor incident that “will not have an impact on the film’s shooting schedule.”
Thankfully she did not suffer anything serious.

Should there have been a “not” in that last sentence?! :p

It surprises me how often people leave out "not" when it's the most important word to the meaning of a sentence. I've seen countless people do it, so it's like it's some universal quirk of human neurology. But it's weird.

Or it's simply because some people brainfarted and didn't mean to leave it out.

So thanks for that.

I thought I made it clear that I wasn't criticizing you personally; as I said, people do it all the time, so it's nothing to be embarrassed about. I just find it intriguing that it happens so often, that the one word whose omission inverts the meaning of the sentence is the one most frequently omitted.

You don't get it. You're treating this as some curiosity for you whereas it's something I'm constantly frustrated about and I'm certain other people feel the same way.

There's no shame in making a mistake. It's part of being human. And saying "Hey, it happens to a lot of people" is usually understood to be reassuring.

So, rumour peddlers are claiming a character formerly owned by Fox cameos in Multiverse of Madness.

I know this is a spoilery thread, but still, it's out there if you want to look.

They've not said who would be playing the character though.

I do it a lot, my brain moves faster than my fingers, so short words like not tend to get skipped over.

I'm horrible at mistyping. And on message boards, I am especially flagrant because I am usually moving between threads too fast and don't bother proofing what I type until later.

I pretty much only post on mobile, often using a Swype keyboard. I'm impressed if I only have to go back and make corrections 3 times/post.
