Seven of Nine had full knowledge of what went on while the Borg and the Enterprise were in 2063, as she made reference to it several times throughout the show. That clearly shows the Collective would have known about all that stuff, including the uniforms, during the events of Scorpion. Which given that's when Species 8472 first learn of Voyager, Starfleet and the Federation it would have to have been during Scorpion they would hypothetically check out Borg computer files about Earth and Starfleet Command.

In Voyager's "Parallax" B'elanna calls Chakotay, "Chaklotay". It took me a while to realize that.

IIRC, there's just emphasis on the KO part of the name that exists only in that episode for some reason. Obviously every was still trying to figure out how to pronounce it. Later, in season 4's Living Witness, everyone in the Evil Voyager reenactment pronounces Chakotay the same way.

Maybe it's me because I keep hearing "klo" instead of "ko", but only in that episode and that one time.

Possibly B'lenna was angry at Chakotay at the time and was trying to call him "Chak-Loathy".
