O'Brien also punched him out once.

Yes, but that was in his solid days, "The Assignment", O'Brien was trying to save his wife from a Pah Wraith and Odo was in the way.

No, it was later. He and Keiko were returning time-lost Molly to the time hole...or am I misremembering?

Not possible, that was after Odo recovered his changeling abilities, O'Brien could not have knocked him out with a fist.

It depends on details of Odo's anatomy when he is in human form. If a shapeshifter is precisely duplicating a human, down to producing an approximation of human insides (heart, brain, liver, etc), could it be affected by physical impact?

Odo said it several times. He doesn't have internal organs, simulated or otherwise.

True. But if a more skilled shapeshifter is PRECISELY duplicating a human being, it would have to generate these things. And maybe bopping it on the noodle would knock it out.

You are misremembering. When O'Brien breaks Molly out of the brig, he uses a hypospray to sedate the security officer on guard duty. Later, just before the O'Briens made it to a runabout to escape, they are caught by another officer, who alerts Odo. When Odo arrives, he expresses disappointment, saying "I would have thought that if anyone could break a prisoner out of the brig and escape from the station undetected, it would be you, Chief." Odo then opens the airlock and allows the O'Brien family to escape anyway.

Doubtful. It may be replicating the shape of the internal organs (to attempt to pass a scan of its insides), but they're all still made of undifferentiated Founder goo. Where it's generating thoughts from may not even be in the head at the time it gets hit.

I don't think the changelings duplicate internal organs they just emit the life signs of internal organs, just as the Klingon did when they tried to frame Worf in the freighter incident.

^ IIRC, none of that was the Founders' doing. It was the Klingon government trying to discredit Worf (and, therefore, Starfleet itself).

I have a few off the top of my head.

DS9: When Kira was going to kill her mother in 'Wrongs Darker Than Death Or Night'. Having her plot to kill her mother for being with Dukat was horrible. With the death of her father, all she was doing was providing for her family.

VOY: 'Fury' is right up there too. What they did to Kes was horrible. Kes taken?, Kes hates?, Kes revenge???? Ridiculous.

Another one is Worf in 'Change of Heart'. Abandoning the mission to gain critical information needed in the war (how many Founders there are in the Alpha Quadrant, where they are and what they're doing) to save Jadzia wasn't very "Klingon".

^I'm not sure I agree on 'Change of Heart'. The Klingons are very honorable, but they're also very passionate, and if Sirella knew what she was talking about in 'You are Cordially Invited...' then Worf may have made the Klingon choice.

My problem is that the whole plot is based on stupidity. There normally are regulations against sending spouses on missions like that, because even the most dedicated officer could forget their principles when it's the life of the person they love the most that is at stake!!!

We saw that with Sisko when he refused to leave the ship even though there was nothing that could be done for his wife. So Sisko should be the last person to criticize Worf.

Besides, it doesn't matter if they know who the changelings are, by the time they do something about it the changelings will be either gone or will have taken the place of someone else.

I've heard that take, but Worf was a Star Fleet Officer on a very important mission. That and songs won't be sung because he saved his wife's life instead of completing his mission. Also, the story of 2 Klingon hearts was what Sirella told, does Jadzia count as a "Klingon heart"?

Definitely agree. Sisko made a poor choice send those two on this mission together. At least he fixed it.

SISKO: I have also issued new orders. You and Jadzia are not to be assigned to a mission on your own ever again.

Na, they could have killed a bunch of Changelings, or at a minimum disrupted their plans.

Given that Sirella was willing to let Jadzia marry Worf, I'm pretty sure I know what her answer would be.

I'm not saying I agree with Worf or that I thought he did the right thing; I just don't believe that this constitutes character assassination.
