I forget nothing.I had totally forgotten they had done a take on Looker.
Looked like he was hit in the chest to me, and by a bullet; that's been established to be Red's go-to trick, "firing" bullets without a gun using his metahuman magnetic abilities.
Still waiting for Katana.
I know, I just want to see her on show because of the Outsiders connection.Katana already exists in the Arrowverse, as realized by Rila Fukushima on Arrow in season 3 and after. However, with only two episodes left in BL, I doubt there'll be time to put together an Outsiders team.
TC is based on an Outsiders character called the Technocrat.Let's see, how many Outsiders have we had in this show or elsewhere in the Arrowverse? Black Lightning, Katana, Looker, Grace, a version of Geo-Force (Jen's friend Brandon from last season). Looks like Lightning was on the team at some point too. Also apparently Martian Manhunter was an Outsider for a time, though that's not his primary team affiliation. We still haven't seen an Arrowverse version of Halo or Metamorpho, the two remaining members of the original team, though there was a Metamorpho Chemical company name-dropped in Arrow season 2.
Red could have moved the bullet around inside Uriah's body damaging vital organs. It looked lower than the heart to me.
They're bullets. And it wasn't a bullet. We saw Red levitating a bunch of metal ball bearings that he flung at Jen and Uriah.
Red could have moved the bullet around inside Uriah's body damaging vital organs.
Well, they made it clear at the time that she wasn't dead, and that Jefferson was going to turn her over to the ASA. (As I recall, Anissa said something like, "Don't they experiment on metas?" to which Jefferson replied, "That's her problem.")I remember thinking Looker was done when Thunder planted her on a hook way back when. Then again people have had a habit of coming back on this show.
Red could have moved the bullet around inside Uriah's body damaging vital organs.
They're bullets.
I think it would have been fair for Jefferson to see Shakur to make sure HE could trust HIM. BUt hopefully that is smoothed over, and we see Shakur bring justice as the new chief.
So was Lauren more of a techie? Because Gambi seemed to be old school gentlemen in the way he helped her down the old stairs or try to protect her form the C4 blast.
Again with the Matrix shot. It feels a little much...mayeb OK for this episode. But For the new show, the Matrix and this duality will get old fast. But hate to sound like a broken record, but another screen test to show Jordan Calloway will be an excellent lead for a similar type of big screen movie in the future. Hopefully with a good agent, sooner than later.
Seems kinda weird that they never remarried...end of season 1 and 3 seemed like quiet moments where it could have happened. But this might be one of those things we will see in the coda at the end. Maybe a double wedding, where Grace and Anissa have the live ceremony with them.
I agree -- Khalil vs. Ishmael battle will be good. It will eliminate Khalil as the one to kill TObias...but that's fine, as we still have Jefferson, Lynn, and Lala as the probable candidates. (Or maybe Jefferson about to save Tobias, but Lala kills TObias along with himself, in order to save Jefferson.)
Surprised no mention of TC? His "guilt" that he felt seemed very relatable (for setting up the date). BUt with Uriah's death..even though it will be just episodes out...I assume this might be a set up for a TC-Jennifer romance (the start of which will be in the final episode).
Can't believe we are in the final 2 episodes coming up.
I assume Gravedigger was supposed to be season 4 or 5 (with this season's storyline being the final season)? I assume that will be an unresolved storyline? Gravedigger's storyline sounds a little like Isaiah Bradley (but where he goes rogue rather than unjustly imprisoned_), so probably a good call to shelve it. I didn't like the idea that he was related to Jefferson (him being his own thing would have been better; like Isaiah and Sam), but would have been an interesting season.
I know bullets do not have to target a vital organ to be lethal.
The cops have anti-dampening bracelets for their power boosters, I wonder if those might come into play for our heroes if they could acquire some.
Looks like The Book of Resurrection was an apt name for the final episodes.
The CW passed on Painkiller
