The unmitigated joy that trailer gave me!
Picard and Q have always been linked. The masterstroke of All Good Things was tying the whole show into this ongoing trial for humanity. It seemed crazy to me that you'd bring back Picard without referencing that, so I hope this is a fulfilling end for the character.
Can't wait to see it.

I can't seem to find it anywhere, is it not available in the UK for some reason?
Potentially interesting but I doubt it. With all the references to time it sounds like a time travel story of some kind, perhaps like Tapestry or All Good Things. And no, I don't think that's an automatic plus because the stories have already been told and done.
But, I wouldn't mind someone like the Organians or Prophets or Pah-Wraiths to show up and match up with Q. More interesting than Q alone. Or the Borg. Or Q and the Borg.
Q would turn him back with his disease intact. So, give me the android. It's less irritating than the "I'm dying" subplot.
"The trial never ends." I didn't think we'd see Q in Picard because I wasn't so sure he'd tonally fit in with this series, but this is was an important part of TNG to follow up on and Humanity really has lost its way since 2370, so the contrast actually does make this a good fit for Picard.

I got a sweet feeling of eerieness when the teaser ended with "The Trial Never Ends...". One of my favorite things about TNG and it looks like they will continue it in Picard. Hopefully they write it well. It was a great teaser.
3rd level: All of us speculating about Q because of the cards in the s1 trailer!
It's not speculation, CBS and De Lancie have announced he is returning as Q....
