I think people need to just look at the first two episodes as Act 1 of a movie. When I think about it I wonder if maybe this is one case where dropping all the episodes at once would have been the better choice. This feels like a show meant for binge watching.

Reviewers have said that the first three episodes served as the first act.
The sitcom stuff will be moving forward into different decades, so the plots will change in order to fit the styles of the era that it's supposed to be. By the end we're supposed to be up to Modern Family/The Office style mocumentary stuff. I noticed in a couple of the trailers we see Wanda sitting in a chair talking to the camera, so I'm thinking that must be from the mocumentary stuff.
Whether you like it or not, you need to at least respect Kevin Feige for starting the MCU shows with something so unique, and so different from everything else they've done before it.

That's what I'm wondering. Also - what if she didn't just do/say "No more mutants". What if she went further and Kevin Uxbridged mutants. I know, pretty dark.
^ There's probably easier and cleaner ways of addressing mutants in the MCU, but some spin on the "No More Mutants" thing would pay respect to the source material.

Awards in the aggregate are a strong indicator of talent. Tatiana Maslany is one of the most talented actors of her generation.

Too me it is more distracting than anything. Certain things should be left in the past.
Its part of the show, like being in black and white.
Honestly, I didn't even notice the audience's laughter if only because it's perfectly natural for that pastiche.
And for what it's worth, it's an actual live audience and not canned laughter.
I adore Tatiana so anyone who says she's a terrible actress loses any credibility in my mind.

Ah, okay, I stand corrected. I just assumed from the behind-the-scenes featurette that it would be the case for all of the episodes (at least the ones set at home), but I guess I made ass out of myself.
