Yeah. He is so doomed.
Saru did warn "Linus", right? And Michael?
Yeah. He is so doomed.
I don't have a problem with them showing an old movie in the cargo bay, because it's basically been established the ship's computer is Zora now. We know Zora had a thing for old-time movies, so...of course that's what she would suggest.
They’re probably not. They’ve already shown us even back in the mirror universe that Georgiou has significant feelings and compassion for Burnham, so we know those characteristics are present in Georgiou. Not at all, i would love it if they wrote her as a bad person slowly learning that the constant hatred and fear of the mirrorverse isnt needed in the world she is in now, struggling with her past self and with adapting to the primeverse, slowly becoming a better person.
But i feel like thats not where they are going with her
LinusAnd what is his name in his own language?
How much time did that sphere spend watching Earth anyway? Or did her interest come solely form the Discovery movie database?
In his own language? I don't think so.Linus
Why not?In his own language? I don't think so.
Yeah, but we've yet to hear him say his name. Though I suppose "Linus" might be as close to his name that the mammalian humanoids can manage. You heard him in the turbolift in the scene where he was introduced, right? His untranslated speech (which Michael already understood, apparently)?
I would argue that Georgiou is growing some sort of affinity for the crew given she rescued Saru and Tilly, is respectful of Saru as captain, genuinely seems to like nhan and tried breaking the ice at dinner. I think georgiou is beginning to care about the things burnham cares about in her own wayThey’re probably not. And actually, we might still see some of what you suggest, I just don’t see it as a necessity.
why would it be not canon? Especially now that we’ve got references to the V’drays And Zora?Calypso (which I think may be non-canon and was just an excuse to introduce Zora)
Future pop/high culture references usually work best in list form: real Human, real Human, future Human, alien
"The comedy greats: Chaplin, Carlin, Goldbaum, G'rrenxx of Alcore IX.."
i don't blame Linus for crushing? on the emperor lol
So I wonder how long it will be until Zora/computer gets her holographic form? This season is taking some cues from Andromeda after all and we saw her do it in Calypso (which I think may be non-canon and was just an excuse to introduce Zora). Will that hologram eventually get an android body?
Basically I just want Discovery's AI to be able to go on away missions too. The landing party would then have access directly to Discovery's computer.
