So the fanfilmfactor blog mentions that Alec Peters had the raw footage from the recent shoots as he mentions receiving them himself via a hard drive in the mail so he could try and edit together a trailer for Axanar (not his spin off but Alec's movie).

Um - it means Alec probably no longer has a copy - he probably SENT the one HD of the footage he had to Lane. (It was the same situation he found himself in with Robert Mayer Burnett when Burnett was his Director and Editor). Now I doubt lane will keep/never return/destroy the footage (although it would be hilarious IF Paul Jenkins request Lane SEND HIM that Hard Drive - but if there's one thing that Alec has been consistent in, it's not making (or losing) his backups.:guffaw:

Yeah, I didn't think the account deletion would stick. Every time some issue crops up with CBS or the Axanar channels, etc., a bunch of people say "finally!" Then days or weeks later it's back to normal.

So, the usual "We fired you!", "No, I resigned!" back-and-forth that has happened many times before with this crew.

Next...
Next? Funny timing: Paul Jenkins leaves, YouTube takes the channel down, and that's blamed on fake spams sent from a hacked e-mail account. Any bets that Alec blames Jenkins for the alleged hack / spam??

Yeah, I know --- don't give him any ideas.

Wow - he rushed his appeal to Youtube (and it was initially denied) - but found a $200 an hour ACTUAL lawyer that was able to help him get it restored. Seems Alec has an amazing amount of Grifter luck.

Nice call on the parallel pics, Carlos!

Looks like he's starting to move pieces into place once the Trek well inevitably runs dry, in light of recent events.

If he really wants to show he can be a big time producer - produce and create your own original content. Then you can sell all the crap you want to without any issues.

However, he knows he won't get the same money without a big name like trek or orville on it.
