An Andromeda fan film?!! Shut up and take my money!

 

That’s what he needs to do, make a fan film that nobody cares about. That way, he’ll never get sued!

 

Actually, I'd sincerely enjoy watching an Andromeda fan film (especially if Kevin Sorbo's not in it), but I fully realize I'm in the minority on that one.

After Fansets complained about the unlicensed pin sales, I think that probably moved up the time table a bit.

 

I don't think "careful" is in his vocabulary.

 

Neither is theft, infringement, grifting, and I'm sure there's a lot more he isn't familiar with.

I'm just amazed that after, what, thirty-five years, there's an official commbadge pin that's actually got a matte finish like the ones on the show instead of being mirror-polished.

 

Does he think Orville fans will fall for his line like some sycophant trekkies? Most of us are as tired of his bullshit as we are of CBS's.

I think it's probably a bad sign that I'm looking forward to him try to make an Orville fan film just so I can see Disney do this to him.

I have to confess, I have no idea what that is from, I just found it on Giphy and thought it was funny. Looks kinda like it might be Power Rangers/Super Sentai or something like that.

 

The 'proper' cardboard cutout probably cost .25 Yen more, and the production couldn't afford it.

So...Axanar's definitely never coming out? I rather enjoyed the Prelude from a few years back...
