My grandparents, parents, all my aunts and uncles, two cousins, and one nephew have died. My extended family has shrunk to next to nothing.

I'm so sorry. But you have us as an extremely extended family. Some of us are old, too, but there are always a few young newbies who'll follow in our steps.

Give or take a kilogram, I weigh the same weight I weighted in my early twenties, nearly forty years ago. I'll be sixty in three months and yet still maintain perfect control of my weight.

I weighed less than 40 kg when I was 18 (boarding school: malnourishment and mistreatment). Now at 56 I doubled my weight and enjoy eating all sorts of food and as much as I want =)
Luxury = being able to buy whatever food you have a craving for.

I got a new weigher. The last time I weighed myself was half a decade back, and I was only around 65 g back then; I certainly don't look fatter. I wonder what contributed.
