I'm so sorry. But you have us as an extremely extended family. Some of us are old, too, but there are always a few young newbies who'll follow in our steps.
Never mind - one can't always think positive. The important thing is that you do it at least now and then.
Give or take a kilogram, I weigh the same weight I weighted in my early twenties, nearly forty years ago. I'll be sixty in three months and yet still maintain perfect control of my weight.
I weighed 140lbs in my early 20s I'm also 60 in two months but now weigh 182lbs, although I have weighed this amount for 10 years now.
I weighed less than 40 kg when I was 18 (boarding school: malnourishment and mistreatment). Now at 56 I doubled my weight and enjoy eating all sorts of food and as much as I want =) Luxury = being able to buy whatever food you have a craving for.
Coincidentally, I was going to post “I am 80.4 kg.” here. I got a new weigher. The last time I weighed myself was half a decade back, and I was only around 65 g back then; I certainly don't look fatter. I wonder what contributed.
^ I'm bingewatching Blue Bloods right now and I am NOT looking forward to Jackie being written out. Fun fact: Jennifer Esposito has had FOUR different roles in the Law & Order 'verse... Edit: Is that Donnie?
I am pop eyes the chanc'lor man, I am pop eyes the chanc'lor man. I'm strong to the finich, cause I eats me gagh... dish. I am pop eyes the chanc'lor man
Lot easier giving up ice cream. I'm really not a dessert guy anymore. What's even better is giving up POP. Man, I can't believe I ever drank that crap.
