None of the deltas are QUITE the shape of the classic delta...........can't believe anyone wants these things, but whatever.
The Starbase One patch looks it have it on to me, the T'Val one is the Animated Series patch and bottom right is the Klingon Emblem.

Hooboy! Just got an email that Axanar is starting its own SFI-affiliated "starship" club, under the guise of "USS CONSTELLATION R1" (not "USS Ares" - someone else has a "USS Aries" and another has a "USS Ares IV"). If SFI is smart, they will disavow Axanar before they get dragged down into the suck together. There is an approximate 5-month probationary period before they go full membership, provided they acquire the numbers they need to not instead be a "shuttle".

That is, if it's still organized that way. It's been years since I considered joining SFI and I'm sure some of its mechanisms have changed since then.

Yep. Here it is, established in 1982:

Nearly all, if not all, members of the USSF derive from existing USAF personnel or from recent Cadet graduates of the Academy at Colorado Springs.

In fact, their uniforms and rank structure closely follow previously-established USAF uniform code.

A wise move to pick this logo, IMO, considering the other hideous design concepts they were looking at for their contest last year.

Because they don't give a fuck.
Again, CBS got what they wanted (for now) - and that's for Alec to acknowledge THEY (CBS ) own/control the Star Trek IP. That said, if merchandising licensees, see what Alec is now doing with his Patches/Posters, and new Kickstarters to promote/sell these items (and he sells A LOT) - and they bring this up when they are negotiating the fees/cost structure of their licensing agreements; Alec will get another lawsuit from CBS.

But until it ultimately affects CBS/Viacoms profit margin WRT Star Trek; or somehow is seen as damaging the public view towards CBS/Viacom or the Star Trek IP; no, CBS/Viacom won't waste the time on further court actions, court costs or legal retainer fees to further 'prosecute' Alec in Civil court. I'm sure they may occasionally send him a warning letter (like they have in the past even by Alec's own admittance) - which is enough to show in any possible future court action by them (or Alec possibly trying to claim TM abandonment) they are legally taking action to protect their various Star Trek Trademarks.

So yeah, Alec will continue to make a living off of exploiting the Star Trek IP by bilking money from some truly stupid/gullible fans, as long as CBS sees it at a 'nickel and dime' level, and it doesn't affect their Star Trek merchandising and licencing arm in a major way.

is the Interlude-Trailer a joke? displays "a star trek fan production" at 12 seconds in the title card because copyright, but uses the SPACE: 1999 theme throughout the thing as music because haha fuck copyright ?

It's not just the music. He's clearly aping the entire style of the opening of Space: 1999, although I'll leave it up to the copyright lawyers to determine if it's a "parody".

Maybe it's like The Room. It starts off as an attempt at a serious movie and once they realize how bad it is, they try to claim it's a comedy.
