How can they use and sell the starfleet arrowhead (which I thought was expressly forbidden by CBS)?

These are for sale

You know, I don't actually have a problem with this. Everyone is entitled to their opinion. Personally, the donation oddly gives me hope for the generosity of humanity (if not their intelligence), but I can totally understand how people could be frustrated by it. I even find this GIF a little bit funny.

HOWEVER...
Children are starving and dying but okay.
I've always hated this argument. You don't know what this person does for children's causes, and I dare surmise that you could give a flying frak about the children. You just don't like who they gave the money to. But, why are we all wasting time on this forum when we could be using it to raise money to provide bus fare for impoverished war widows?

 AP probably realizes he's starting to skirt dangerously close to a full-on breach (again), based on reading social media temperature on the subject, and is doubtless getting his legal loophole ducks in a row in anticipation of an inevitable defense strategy.

{He} isn’t stupid and did graduate from law school and pass the bar.
The first does not preclude the second.......

Or maybe he just thinks everyone else is stupid enough to buy it.

Speaking of lawyers, a friend of ours is in a property-line dispute with the new neighbors. She talked with a lawyer and was told one thing. The city official called the same lawyer and was told something else. The city official talked with the neighbors, and they said they called that same lawyer and were told something completely different. :brickwall: :censored:

Based on much of what we've seen of this whole affair since it started in 2014 (particularly in light of this new $10,000 donation), that isn't an unreasonable assertion.

I'd be willing to bet that "$10,000 donation" isn't real. It's just to make it seem like people are backing the project bigly in an effort to encourage supporters.

On Kickstarter a shill donation would cost them 5%, but since they're using an internal funding platform, there is no cost to such a scheme.

None of the deltas are QUITE the shape of the classic delta...........can't believe anyone wants these things, but whatever.
