Great. Glad you saw it. Some of us didn’t.

When the makeup is that heavy, the person's complexion doesn't really come into it one way or the other. This isn't just giving someone a quick pat down with slightly red/orangy foundation (because then it'd look like a bad spray tan), it's full on body paint and detail airbrushing and blending for the silicone appliances. One thing that did occur to me in that regard, is that I could see someone with darker skin, like Rosario Dawson, being easier to give the orange skin tone that Ahsoka has on the shows.
I just checked on Wookiepedia and Shaak Ti's live action actress was an Israeli woman named Orli Shoshan, and her skin tone is closer to Rosario Dawson's than Ashley Eckstein's.
I just mean it’s out in the wild now. There’s no putting it back in the bottle.Great. Glad you saw it. Some of us didn’t.
Doesn't mean you can't show a little basic courtesy, even if this is a spoiler thread. People might not know it's out in the wild yet and probably won't appreciate finding out the hard way.I just mean it’s out in the wild now. There’s no putting it back in the bottle.
Well, it seems someone at Disney has an itchy trigger finger. Episode 12 is out and about.
Meh. You’re always going to spoil it for someone. Just look at Mandalorian. the Colonies had it first but that didn’t stop them spoiling the big surprise online to the rest of the world.Doesn't mean you can't show a little basic courtesy, even if this is a spoiler thread. I'm convinced they will be at some point. Not only the missing newsreel on the last three eps, but they all pick up the exact moment the previous ep left off.Given the way those final four episodes were edited (without the traditional intro fanfare and narration) I wish that they had been released as one feature-length movie.
That sucks. I don't get why people can't wait just a few hours. Some a****** posted imagery on a Star Wars Facebook fan page. I realize that any spoilers we get are actually spoilers for a 15 year old movie, but still...
She must be dead by then surely.I want another Ahsoka novel!
Maybe set after the rise of Skywalker?

I have to wonder with Star Wars fans. They seem to watch the movies but they don’t take all the lessons. They deal a lot in absolutes, which is very much a Sith thing. I remember in The Empire Strikes Back Luke speaking out through the force to Leia. Vader also does this at the end of Empire Strikes Back. There’s no absoluteness that these people are dead. I mean, some of them we know are dead.

There isn't much about this that I can say that doesn't essentially boil down to "I loved it." Even though I wish they'd given us more than these 12 episodes, I'm so glad they were able to go back and give this series some proper closure.
The Ahsoka novel has long been on my to-read list, but it has now been made a priority.
I'd rather they cover the period between Malachor and her picking Sabine up in the final coda. Clearly she's been on some kind of journey while the rest of the galaxy had been busy having the original Star Wars Trilogy happen all over the joint.I want another Ahsoka novel!

I don't think the word "typical" means what you think it means. Maul is the one with a track record of escaping certain death and popping up where he's least expected. Indeed it's something the two of them share in common.Would be typical if she’s still alive and Maul isn’t. He was the true MVP of this season.
