A lot of craziness coming out these days. People who cannot bear being told what to do suddenly having every thing curtailed by the government and society's disapproval flipping out. Conspiracy people having virus boners. Racists getting their green light. Idiots who think they are imprevious. Yeah.
It's absolutely crazy times. I use to live near there (moved away a long time ago), but still. I think some people are gonna get worse, if things drag on.

I'm doing good, I am very well stocked. I miss everyone in my life but I can go for a walk every day and talk on the phone to them.

I'm pretty good. Had to a chat to two of my siblings (and the other yesterday) this morning. Feeling a little better after having a lay down just earlier. Felt a little sick - so resting helped.
Also went out for a short bike ride. Been doing lots of gaming lately - as it helps to take my mind off stuff. And 3D art also.

Coping. Missing my grandkids, especially now they have a new puppy, but I have seen a couple of vids so they help.
Worrying about my other son, who's immuno-compromised. He's definitely staying in.
When I'm writing I tend to self-isolate anyway, but this is starting to drag on now even for me.
At least flatmate and I (been here about 6-7 months now) are getting on fine. We tend to keep to our rooms, chat a bit most days, make each other a meal occasionally. We connected almost immediately. Sorta feels like it was Meant To Be. Fortunately too, neither of us are the other's type. That could get messy.
That said, I gotta get me a date when I get out of here.
Letting m'beard grow in a bit. Might shave it back a bit later.

I'm glad you have an excellent flat mate situation @Australis . One of my fam just got a new flatmate like 5 minutes before all this went down and by some miracle the are perfectly compatible, could have been a total disaster.
Victoria has said we are in this stage of lockdown until May 11, what happens after that no one knows. Worse lockdown? I guess that would mean KMart is closed? I think it will just keep getting extended. My teacher friend says she thinks they will keep the schools closed for two terms. Who knows what will happen.
Anyway. If anyone wants to borrow a book let me know! I have a lot of books and prepaid mailers.. also if you need a tin of tuna and you're not going to the shops I'm your person, seem to have stockpiled rather a lot of them.

47 new cases in Tasmania over Easter and it looks like that they are all linked to the North West Regional Hospital in Burnie. There are rumours that there was an illegal dinner party of medical staff. I believe the police are looking into those allegations. Now the North West Region Is under the strictest lockdown in Australia.
