Arcadia must be the synth planet , where these androids live a very idyllic life, and the person to die is probably Soong who is trying to achieve immortality by transferring his mind to the golem.
I think the synth alliance is probably not what Sutra is expecting. Since these androids have organic parts to look human the synth alliance may consider them organics. So androids have to join organics to try to stop them.
I think Narek survives since he will turn good and try to help Soji.

Huh. Well, I'm willing to withdraw the nomination once we actually have proper context, but I think I've got an early contender for most 'what the hell?' line of the finale, what with our orphan, refugee Romulan asking if the xB wouldn't be better off dead because no one likes them and they have no home. Not to mention he pledged himself to their hopeless cause about...*checks watch* fifteen minutes ago.
Like, it's not a bad thing to point out, meta-wise, about how easy it is to draw a line between xB like Seven, Picard, Icheb, and Hugh vs the ones on the Artifact, who all look like they came off Frankenstein's slab, when they're all the products of the same trauma. But like the line about Hugh last week, it really needed another pass in editing.
