They could make Emergency Holograms for every job on the ship, including specializations. One could be a counselor. You could have an emergency command hologram to take over the ship when the crew is down, an emergency engineering hologram, tactical, security, etc. If they are all Cabrera on this ship, that certainly gives him an opportunity to play multiple parts.
