Seven of Nine is back in ST: Picard

Feeling but especially behaviour, which was totally unprofessional.
It seems to me that today, studios are much less lax when an actor/actress give trouble and don't hesitate to get rid of the most problematic of them (well, except CBS which keeps actors accused of inappropriate behaviour and gets rid of women with no reason except the famous "it was an artistic decision), even if it implies the end of a show.
On Voyager alone, you had Wang, Beltran and Mulgrew who had some questionable behavior.

It seems to me that the only questionable behavior Mulgrew had was about Jeri Ryan and behind the scenes. Yes, it was stupid but according to different witnesses, Mulgrew apologized profusely afterwards, toward Ryan.
Wang and Beltran always refused to introspect their behaviour and besides, they keep telling that these were others (producers, actors) who have been in fault, never themselves.

True. Also the fact that Ryan was dating Braga might have helped.

Even Brannon Braga partially understood Mulgrew's behaviour (hey, she dared to say out loud what people were thinking quietly because let's be honest, Kate Mulgrew was maybe a nitpicker supreme although note that she always behaved professionally but Jeri Ryan was never the innocent victim she declared to be) while he still was Ryan's boyfriend.

Question: at 1:36, who is Seven holding in her arms and crying over? Icheb or Chakotay?
(One thing seems sure, this person is a Starfleet officer according to the uniform).

Icheb? Well, she thought the greatest good of him since the beginning and she will be devastated to loose him as she raised Icheb like a little brother in 'Voyager.' Plus, we know that he wanted to join Starfleet so, it would be lgical.

Chakotay? It would be a surprising continuity to what Adm. Janeway has predicted in Endgame but above all, a total reverse nod as seeing as it was Seven who had to die in Chakotay's arms and not him.

Can anyone say if it was Admital Netchayev we see badly speaking to Picard in the clip? Anyway, I miss Janeway and can only hope that we see her one day.

Ah. But how can Seven be so devastated by his death while she knew him so shortly? :wtf:

You are probably right, which is why I hinge on Icheb however,
I was thinking they'd find a way to be inspired by Jeri and (the actor name escapes me-Jonathan something!) friendship. The actor who plays Hugh.

The young Borg that the Next Gen crew rescue in the episode "I, Borg". He comes back in the 2-part story "Descent" and is back again in Picard.

Maybe an explanation about Hughes presence in Picard

Re who Jeri is holding:
My guesses are Hugh, Icheb, or new character.
Have we had confirmation that Manu Intiraymi is in this? If so that would be pretty probable then.

I laughed at Riker yelling "Stop yelling!" He was often yelling in TNG. Kind of a tongue in cheek moment for the fans there I think.

I would be bummed if they killed Icheb off. After all that he went through as a child, to make it into Starfleet, and then come full circle to be killed by the Borg.
