Marvel films, it's time for a Black female lead

so what is the topic? A black female lead in a marvel movie?

Yes.

It's the actual thread title.

Can you handle that?

I mean, you've had nothing relevant so far to offer on the general subject of diversity in movies, despite posting the same thing repeatedly, so just try focusing on the topic: it's time for a black female lead in a Marvel movie.

Climate change and caves.

You're drowned dead in a seaside cave, or you're holding onto incredibly valuable mountain peek resorts as LA starts to look more like Venice every day.

so what is the topic? A black female lead in a marvel movie? Do you really think that such a film would actually be ABOUT diversity, or what black women face? Do you really think it is anything but a way to make sure they just have a black woman lead just so they can get lambasted for not having one. Hollywood is in the sensitivity era

How about knocking this shit off, OK? I'm getting tired of seeing it. It's 2019, not 1959.

That makes no sense. That's not diversity even by highly ignorant definition.

Hang in there baby.

I didn't believe in what you say, but I'll fight to the death for you're right to say it.

That's the sort of typo that gets you on a list.

So Black Adam....

Oh.

I was going to ask if DC finally had the balls to start using Isis, when Google tells me that she's already on deck.

Actress Tala Ashe has been added to the cast of Legends of Tomorrow for its third season and she’ll be playing the character Zari Adrianna Tomaz, a female archeologist who would one day become Black Adam’s bride. For the moment though she’ll be “hacktivist” unaware of mystical powers growing within her.

Zari is Isis.

Did I used to know that?

Probably.

Then, one of the Shazam Family is a tiny black kid, (Faithe Herman, 50 episodes of this is Us), who turns into an extremely attractive superwoman, when she says her magic word... Does the Wisdom of Solomon give "Megan Good" an adult perspective, or does she still have the mushy brain of a 7 year old?

Point is, that if they make a Black Adam movie, his girlfriend is Isis, who could go on to make her own movie or fill out the ranks in a new Justice league movie is Dwayne proves to be too expensive, or they want to use him somewhere else.
