To be fair, they can only use the Tillman Water Reclamation Plant for so many things. Eventually you need a second facility.

 

Not really - as TOS proved with the Vasquez Rocks location back in the day, you just need to shoot different angles.

Vasquez Rocks is in everything from Blazing Saddles to The Muppet Movie. Everybody shoots there. Trek was hardly unique in that regard.

Personally, if I ever ran into fans shooting a film in a Japanese tea garden I'd skip their camera over stepping stones and into the nearest pool of water.

I just watched the new trailer for Pacific 201. It looks pretty sweet. I can't wait to see the finished product.

Hope they can keep to the listed date. With all the pre-production and design videos that were posted, I'm looking forward to see this finally.

 

Could you please post the orthogaphic renders of the ships? Including those two nx class ships that I'm interested in?

 

Trekyards has some videos on the ships which might have some orthos.
