Guest stars you would like to see in the Picard series

De Lancie, Spiner, and Goldberg all play ageless characters, and have noticeably aged in the last 20-some years. While explanations can be made, I would rather not have them appear (or appearances kept brief) than going into a convoluted explanation of their appearance.

Ensign Harry Kim as Starfleet C-in-C.

The only guest actor I can think of right now that the show absolutely needs is, of course, Samantha Eggar.

Also Robert Picardo plays an ageless character that should return, and it's only 20 years after events of TNG, most characters would still be alive.

Marina Sirtis announced today that we WILL be seeing both Riker and Troi on Star Trek Picard

Already confirmed Data, Seven of Nine.

I'd also like to see Q, Wesley Crusher (as he was a Picard protoge, it would make sense for him to follow him to new postings), Beverly Crusher (maybe FINALLY as Mrs Picard?).

Maybe a visit to DS9 for cameos for Quark (still running the bar), Jake (a famous writer), and Nog (Commander, DS9)

My way early prediction - given what seems to be the main content focus - is the big Enterprisesque reveal/cliffhanger at end of the season finale will be something like Picard walking into a dark room (perhaps back at his vineyard) with the shadowy silhouette of that familiar funny-looking hat reflecting off the wall and Whoopi's distinct voice echoing from the darkness scolding Picard for the season's events.

Dax. Not necessarily Ezri (Although I would love to see Nicole DeBoer), but a Dax.
I think NdB lives just a few blocks from where they shoot Disco. Certainly, she could prerecord a viewscreen convo if they wanted.

While it may seem like "small universe syndrome" to have characters from previous series show up, it is actually realistic that if you stay in a particular specialized field for a long time (such as being a Starfleet officer), you will encounter some of the same people at various times over the years and decades.

Disregarding developments in the novels, I would like to see what happened to Simon Tarses and Ro Laren, and how things went for the VOY EMH. I also want to see how Worf's ambassadorship has gone.

As long as it makes sense to the story then I can get onboard.

Thus far, I remain unconvinced. Hopefully, when the show comes out it will make sense.
