She says in the clip she thought it was Avengers, which makes sense since since Infinity War was right around the corner.

So it will be different time periods then, not just 1975? The IGN article just says it will take place in 1975.
I'm wondering if there is some kind of significance that this possibly takes place back in 1975, and Wandavision might be taking place or at least done in a 1950s style. Could at least some of these series be taking place in alternate universes where the characters were around in earlier time periods?

Well, in Loki's case you wouldn't need an alternate universe for that.

If I were "king of the forest" for X-Men I'd focus on the team as students. Cast actors who can pass for high school aged characters. The core would be the O5 (Scott, Jean, Hank, Warren and Bobby) and some of the All New All Different (Ororo, Peter, Kurt and John Proudstar). They are the "upperclassmen" and are sent out to investigate (and recruit) mutants.
As for Wolverine, he's solo movie material. In a call back to his first comic book appearance, I'd use Hulk as a guest star in his first MCU outing. He can cross paths with the X-Men in a later film.

So much of this. The core concept of the X-Men is that it set at a school. They should be presented as students on their way to becoming superheroes, rather than fully formed out of the gate superheroes, such as the FoX-Men movies presented.

When the X-Men do arrive in the MCU, hopefully there's more of this and less dourness. I'm cool with occasional dourness, but not UPN era Buffy levels please.

Mindy Kaling reveals she's spoken to Marvel about working on Ms. Marvel, either as a film or as a series. Whether it's as an actor, writer, or producer, she's not clear on, but I would be happy with any or all of those possibilities.

I think the people I’ve spoken to Marvel about it are so excited about the character and I think that they’re trying to figure out what to do with it, and, I told them I would help in any way because I truly love her. They really seemed interested, and I think they will probably do something. Now that there’s like this streaming service with them, it might be something like that, but I think they understand how much there is the excitement.

I'm surprised they haven't done anything with Ms. Marvel yet. She's not a character that I care for (I can't stand most Non-DC teen characters), but I understand that she is important and I want nothing but the best for her fans when it comes to Marvel using the character. I honestly thought we'd be getting a movie with her in Phase 4, but I guess they don't want to muddy the Captain Marvel stuff right as its just beginning (at least thats the only theory I have about why they didn't just give Ms. Marvel a movie by now).

We don't know what the phase iv movies are yet. She could still be a phase iv movie, with or without an introduction in the CM sequel.

I thought that we mostly had a list, but with a few unnamed projects that were unnamed because they were "spoilers" to Endgame, which wouldn't apply to a Ms. Marvel movie.

We know Black Widow, Eternals and Shang-Chi. We can assume the various expected sequels. We have totally unconfirmed rumors about Nova, Thunderbolts, Thor 4 and the claim that instead of a new Avengers movie we'll see something like Dark Avengers, New Avengers or Young Avengers (or all of the above). We also have unconfirmed rumors about Black Knight but as something that sounds farther in the future, and Ms. Marvel and Power Pack, both of which are rumored to maybe be a movie or maybe be Disney+ projects because Marvel hasn't decided yet.

I may have forgotten something in there, but I'm pretty sure that's it, and most of it is still entirely unconfirmed. We don't even know how long phase IV is meant to last or whether they're going to stick with 3 movies a year or move to 4. So there's still plenty of room for Kamala to maybe turn out somewhere near the back end of this phase.

I'd kinda rather see Ms. Marvel as a TV series than a movie, because her family, school, and community life are so integral to her story in the comics, and that could be better explored in a series arc than in a movie.

Introducing Kamala in a Captain Marvel sequel and then spinning her off into her own Ms. Marvel Disney+ show might be the way to go.

Yeah, from what I've seen flipping through the first collection of her first series, it does seem to be the kind smaller scale character driven story that would work better on TV, rather than the big action spectacle most big comic book movies tend to be.

I don't really see why Kamala would have to be introduced in a Captain Marvel movie at all. Her Carol Danvers hero worship would work much better if she's never actually met her. Hero-worship usually does.

Does anyonee on earth outside of Avengers and Sorcerers know about Captaib Marvel yet? Because of the abbreviated stories due to the nature od movies, an intro in a Captain Marvel movie would make sense

For the past half-hour or so, I've had Avengers: Age of Ultron on in the background while I wait for Krypton to start, and it's reminding me of how much I actually used to enjoy the MCU before Marvel Studios oversaturated the market and made things rather repetitive in their storytelling.

I don't disagree, but I do worry about doing her powers justice on a tv budget. And I honestly just think the character is a big enough deal that I'd rather she not be buried on the television rather than being allowed to stand side by side with all the other main MCU characters.

A lot of this depends on what the Disney+ projects turn out to be, though. If they really are all high budget prestige shows that are fully integrated with the movies to the point that Kamala can be in the Avengers (or whichever other movie is the best fit) as well as on her own show, then I think that's the way to go. It's just we've been down the 'it's all connected' road before and it didn't really pan out last time.

Not enough information. She's spent most of her career in space but she has had direct ongoing ties with Black Widow's Avengers council thingy for seemingly the entire 5 year snap period, so could very well have been involved in something on Earth at some point.
