    Dr Coleman from Turnabout Intruder
    1. The deaths of the expedition. COLEMAN: You killed every one of the staff. You sent them where you knew the celebium shielding was weak. Now why didn't you kill him? You had the perfect opportunity.
    2. Coleman tries to kill Kirk/Janice in the brig. KIRK: The dosage should be doubly lethal. COLEMAN: It is.
    3. Starfleet thinks he's incompetent. MCCOY: That is not the reason I'm here. I'm here because Doctor Coleman's record states that he's incompetent.

No bee-deeps (or ding-ding-dings) from medical scanners here.

Is it the Dikironium Cloud Creature?
    1. It disappears from scanning by changing its molecule structure.
    2. It floats to Ensign Garrovick's quarters via the ventilation system.
    3. McCoy may want to collect a sample of the creature (but I don't remember he getting the chance?), and I'm baffled about your Sulu clue since he is not in the episode?

@Henoch Your guess passes through the clues without effect.

I understand the "room service" but the rest does not make sense to me. :)

Oh, I think I have it, but really I probably don't.

In the episode "Tomorrow is Yesterday". The guard catches Kirk and Sulu in the photo room. He then activates the emergency button on the communicator and they beam him up to the ship. That's the character.

    Why?

    1. Not sure, but maybe beaming people down "is nothing".
    2. The guard gets chicken soup in the transporter room, hence "room service".
    3. McCoy collects his gun but we know Sulu would love to have that ancient weapon.
    4. The transporter is the technology and presto he is beamed up and Kirk says "we have another problem".

I think the "nothing" is when the communicator beeps and Kirk and Sulu try to play it off. So the guard (the actor did a really good job, incidentally) opens it up.
