Oh and BTW they also tried to merchandise coffee. I have a bag of it in my spare room. It really exists.

    Man.
You guys are really messed up.
I'm sorry I even signed into this pot of stirred up, ground up, rehashed muck that you're dishing out.
You should leave the bad vibes behind and go out and get some sun. It's really ok!
People invest in crap all the time and see nothing in return.
Where did you actually read that anything was guaranteed?
Chill guys and look on the bright side of this.
    There is something coming!
    Whoo Hoo!!!

Oh, and the cut about shirt color really means nothing to me.
    This is all fantasy remember?
You don't really wear a red or blue shirt and no one here really has a rank.
    You do remember that right?
Man. Get some fresh air friend. You're really walking close to the edge.

I find it rather telling - asks for proof - then gets said proof - and doesn't even bother to look at it - something smells fishy here

Obvious troll is obvious, need we say more ?

It’s Red Omega in spirit but less articulate.

It’s hilarious how every now and then someone decides to trot in here and willfully ignore the lengthy trail of evidence in defense of AP, someone demonstrably incapable of admitting error. As if we’ve not seen this exact behavior and these exact vague, unfocused arguments 100x before. It’s kind of adorably arrogant, like a child arguing “nuh uh!”

Actually I'm not even bothering to respond to that person.
Total insult like we do nothing but bash AP.
Put out 3 films in December, 3 this year. Won a James Bond award and the hits just keep on coming without a single dine from a fund raiser.
Yes this is a hobby/Club as it were.
Right now I'd love nothing more than seeing lane teach Peters some manners and social grace.
Oh dear, did I say that?

JJ is far more articulate than that, and there's no Mystery Box to trolling. ;)

Not Alec, just a minion that loves to dabble in DAZ and make all Starfleet gals walk around with thier uniform unzipped. Ya know because it's professional and BEWBS.

While there is a bountiful history of foaming at the mouth rabid Axanar hate in the thread by folks (to butcher a Batman quote) just wanting to watch the Axanar world burn, it's equally moronic to pretend that there is nothing to object to in the history of the Axanar project. Do I want to see them fail personally? No, not at all. I prefer what came out in Prelude for less than $500k to everything we've gotten for $80 million+ in Star Trek Discovery and wish that Alec Peters had made good on his contractual obligations in the followup full movie. Unfortunately, he didn't and it was 100% by his own choice. It was his own choice to alienate key people who made the first film possible and to instead devote his time (and backer money) to funding his studio and coffee/model tie in product endeavors instead of making the film first and foremost. If he had done the latter instead of the former, he wouldn't have been sued (although I do think that some sort of fan film guidelines would have come out eventually regardless with a trek series in production for the first time during the youtube fan film era) and we'd all have a film. Unfortunately, Alec Peter's ego is the gift (to Axamonitor and this thread) that keeps on giving and backers (I'm not one but I empathize with them) have nothing so far.

As for "are you doing something better?", please don't default onto that fallacy. You don't need to be a Michelin star chef to recognize that you shouldn't be waiting for your meal for three hours nor that the restaurant manager shouldn't be loudly berating the wait staff in front of the diners. Similarly, you don't need IMDB credits to your name to realize that things went very wrong with the Axanar project post Prelude.

For the most part I like J. J so I’m not sure if what this means.
