1 side took the Betty Boop material and evolved accordingly, the other side took the Beastie Boys music, and the 2 sides could not coexist.
I'm sure the B Boys acolytes were able to find another dimension or a new galaxy.

Or Brooklyn.I'm sure the B Boys acolytes were able to find another dimension or a new galaxy.
There was also a faction that believed B.B. stood for BB guns and therefore only armed themselves as such. They didn't last a single day.1 side took the Betty Boop material and evolved accordingly, the other side took the Beastie Boys music, and the 2 sides could not coexist.
I am mentally ready for groovin' with DJ Sylvia Tilly. Let's engage the Spore Drive and make Discovery its own Disco Ball!Discovery must become a galactic boombox, both jumping and blaring music across the entire galaxy to take down the evil Federation in *that sequence* from Beyond made an entire season.
And whatever happened in TOS and TNG/DS9/VOY, everything in-between, and everything afterwards will be a lot to take in for the crew of Discovery too. Canonistas should go easy on them.![]()
Or the conflict between Craft's people and the V'draysh might be more nuanced than simply "one side being good and one side being evil."
Nothing lasts forever, even the Federation as we know it. It's entirely possible that it will evolve into something evil given enough time. Even in the 24th century, some do see it as evil.
I've thought for a while, now, that a story based on the opposite of this premise might be interesting - you either die a villain or live long enough to see yourself become the hero. You either die a hero or live long enough to see yourself become a villain.
KEVIN SORBO CONFIRMED!!!!1!!
Yes, it's official. Are they actually going to call it Star Trek: Picard?
you either die a villain or live long enough to see yourself become the villain.
Sounds about right.that might sort of be the plot of the Georgiou spin-off.
Crud, I had just fixed it. That *is* pretty funny, though. Freudian slip? What can I say? - I like Philippa as a bad, bad girl.Sounds about right.
(please keep that typo!)
Sure all things end, but why does it have to end with the Federation being evil? You either die a hero or live long enough to see yourself become a villain.
