It was nice to see it fly into space, but odd that Bortus apparently didn't have any interest in trying to do so. No apparent damage or repairs needed. Should have been in worse shape, more sections destroyed, but the odd little things you notice I guess...

I noticed those things too. But, remember, given the conflicts with Klyban, Bortus might have been enjoying the peace and quiet, along with not being murdered!

The Orville has dodgy science. In the previous episode, the cover the ship in water ice and somehow that cloaks them?! Sheesh. That won't even deceive radar! This time they dip into the event horizon of a black hole. Um, that's the point of no return. But the they casually use their sub-light drive to get out! God the writers are so dumb at science!

The thing I find funny with the whole Black Hole sequence was - IF the Kaylons are so smart, they should have been able to deduce what the Freighter was doing; and/or send a ship or probe in to try the same thing and see if the Freighter is there that way...but they didn't (so our heroes could escape of course ).

Liked this episode much more than last week's. Felt it was stronger and more interesting. The alt version of the crew felt a lot like the Maquis and there were a lot of Star Wars references. Also, the part where they're shooting at the Kaylon drone-heads felt a lot like the bit from Insurrection.

I really hope it gets a renewal. It's been firing on all cylinders this season and it's one of my favourite ongoing TV shows at the moment.

How is she underweight? I'd say Adrianne Palicki is within a normal healthy range.

And it's just a little bit of pushup action. It is a little bit odd in context, though... in a Crapsack Universe where they're constantly on the run, I wouldn't expect any of them to be paying attention to things like figure-enhancing garments. (Out-of-universe, of course, it's a mixture of fanservice and making Kelly seem "edgier.")

I?m still troubled over why Young Kelly, returned from 7 years in the future, with full knowledge of Isaac being a mole and a recent, devastating attack by the Kaylons, did nothing to warn Union Command about it. Surely they have the tech to determine her truthfulness and not dismiss her claims as delusions.

So the galaxy fell because she didn't bother reporting this intel. That's not a little oops that can be overlooked (by us the viewers).

I enjoyed this show but thinking about it is giving me a headache. So, Finn gives young Kelly the injection so she'll accept Ed's request for a second date. That's well and good. HOWEVER. When young Kelly ages seven years, becomes Orville Kelly, then Kelly from seven years ago is going to come to the future, have a memory wipe (that won't work), be sent back, then the alternate history will happen again just so Finn will go back and give past Kelly the injection again. Theoretically this should be a never ending loop of the two timelines. I don't want everything spelled out for me, but I think in this instance, we should have seen Finn leave herself a message for the seven years from now Finn to take into account for Kelly's brain chemistry
