Maybe the reason Spock dealt with Kirk’s Mirror counterpart so readily, was because he is familiar with Georgieo ?
“Oh, it’s those guys. Just lock them up till we figure out a way to send them back where they came from. Does anyone have S31’s phone number? Need to talk to someone.”

Heh, that never occured to me. He was pretty cavalier about the whole thing.

By the way, it's my impression or this is the first time that a Star Trek character wears a collared shirt and jacket (outside time travels and/or Holosuites' scenarios...)?

Weakest episode of the season. A bit bored and I think this whole red angel arc has gone on too long. It would have worked better as half a season arc but this episode was one long reveal. This season has been showing a large picture by revealing it piece by piece. It's milked the concept too much. I want to see something else.

Georgieo works best in small doses too.

Unfortunately i havent mentally cataloged all of the random background civilian clothing in the hundreds of hours broadcast to provide an answer. For the TOS era seems like he should have worn a Nehru jacket and black t-shirt...

Yes we still need to work out why mother Burnham left her present time and hiked it to the future. Why did she do that and what she also knows about Control and the shit that Spock saw in his mind meld. We've seen bits of it but not all the details, and I suppose those will come in the next episodes. I just hope this story isn't rushed into 4 episodes. If they have to carry it to the next season they should, and then do it right.

OMG I'm thinking how awkward that conversation would be had the red angel been a future Michael.. And the looks everyone would give.

Trip and Malcolm wear suits when they visit Risa (ENT: Two Days and Two Nights I think is the title).

To further @Agony_Boothb 's point re Trek makeup and allergies - Tucker Smallwood attributes his Bell's palsy to the Xindi makeup he wore in S3 ENT.

It never occurred to me to ponder all the ins and outs of non-uniform clothing during this episode. I guess I missed the point? :/

Burnham not being the Red Angel is one of the best red herrings so far.

If anything, suits are at least better than the horrid patterned jumpsuits everybody seemed to wear in the 24th century. I don't give them much thought but I sometimes wish they went the Babylon 5 route and subtly altered them (removed lapels, collarless dress shirts, etc.)

Unfortunately, my hate levels for Ash Tyler in this episode were through the roof. Do something with him or kill him off. Having him just mope around week after week is unbearable. So lets just say that I hated the scenes with him and Michael and leave it at that.
I know, right!

I am so annoyed with his writers that I keep a running verbal diatribe going at them while I'm watching his scenes. The actor does them quite well so if they'd write him something different he would possibly do a fine job. But noooo... just angst and mope peppered now and then with 'I'm sec31, you have to do what I say.'

arghhhh

I rate it 9. And I defnitely need Tardigrade DNA to unravel this tangled timeline.
Red Angel is not Michael, but does anybody supposed that Michael could be Red Angel part of time? If Red Angel is a suit, then Burnham's mom could be inside then Spock read her mind, and Michael could be inside when Control scanned her signature.

The more I think about it, the more I'm leaning towards a '5'. The acting and few nice interpersonal scenes aren't making up for a plot that didn't make a bit of sense.

Tilly needs to begin to evolve as a character at some point. The scene about how the doors work in the 23rd century was painful to watch.
That's funny to me not because there's something wrong with your opinion, but because I was watching the episode with my family, and we were all going, "Aw, Tilly is so cute. I love Tilly!"

Two people watch the same thing and get something completely different out of it.
