Spoilers First hand behind the scenes information

All this information is accurate. Production leaks are somewhat easy to come by for this show if you live in the right area and know the right circle. I'll say the Toronto production team did an impressive job with the show. Hoping the show stays here.

Basically it is going to be like the Logan Movie. But with Picard.

:sigh:

Oh well. Picard's best days are behind him anyway and TNG served it's purpose in the 90s. If this is supposed to be "Logan" for Picard, so be it. A better send-off than Kirk got hopefully.

I'm basically picturing the TOS Bridge except with a Disco-style large view screen and monitor displays that have readable information instead of flashing, blinking lights. I assume the screen-savers are being kept but have motion.

I would expect its going to be a lot larger than the man-cave proportioned TOS bridge is. I doubt they are going to go full small scale retro given what all the other bridges look like on the show.

Pretty much what I heard is don't hope or expect Picard to be captain of a federation starship at any point. It's based around an old mentally and physically damaged Picard going on a personal quest to correct something.

I suppose that lines up with the info that Picard has been affected by the destruction of Romulus.

Well.. this will be divisive. Hopefully the writing will compensate for that, but the team behind it doesn't give me much hope.

I also think it'll be larger in scale.

The Discovery Bridge Took one designer over a year and 160 hours to design. Before he got it several concepts were already made. In addition to the main designer another designer also put 160 hours into it to help refine it.

It is 2-3 times larger than any previous bridge.

The electronics in the captains chair are actually functional in some ways.

I got hints that they MIGHT be planning on showing what's above the bridge in that blue dome as they mentioned several times that the set is 3 stories as the original plan was to include that top floor. (Prob got cut season 1 for $).
In some of the concept art you can see circular platforms with railings up there.

Cool you have a link?

STD's Enterprise is supposedly a larger vessel (somehow) than the Cage and TOS Enterprise.

Oh brother. Not this again. The size of the Enterprise has NEVER been stated on screen, ergo there is no canon to violate. The earliest references to its size (The Making of Star Trek) are also conflicting -- it's said to be 947' long, but at the same time the shuttle bay is described as being big enough to house multiple jet liners. Huh?

The Enterprise from In A Mirror Darkly was scaled as 400-450m, which matches what we see in Discovery.
